I started working in a Children's Home at the beginning of May and I will be here for 2 years. I will be learning how to care for the children and all aspects of administration. Already it has been fun and heartbreaking and hard and hilarious. I have loved it.

I guess I will just have to eat the chocolate and toasted coconut clusters that my friend just brought for me from the U.S. instead. People, she brought me a whole pound of them!!!! And they are amazing.

Also, have enjoyed reading your blog! What you are doing is wonderful! Dan and I went to Guatemala many years ago (twice) and were impacted by both the need and the beauty. People are so warm and kind and the land is gorgeous yet can be harsh. Our oldest son, Jake, will be going with KCS next spring. Bless you for answering God's call and serving His children!
